2. Meds, Journal, Reflect 7:00 am

3. Work out 7:25 am - 8:00 am

4. Get Ready for work/ Have Breakfast 8:05
5. Leave for work 8:30 am
6. Listen to Inspirational Music/ Podcast

7. Arrive at Work 8:45 am

8. GOAL LIST:
 LOSE 10 LBS.  By June 19th,  MAKE $1,600 PER WEEK, GET OUT OF $35,000 DEBT.

DRINK 3 LITERS OF WATER DAILY

So Here I am...








EVERYDAY MANTRA:





So here I am...


Waking up at 7:00 am daily, Focusing on eating right,Exercising, and Flossing my mind with Positive Quotes and Positive Materials that remind me of who I am and connecting me to my higher self !! The Divine. Living with intention every day.


I am a blessed man, and now is the time to TAKE ACTION. I will document , record, research, and write down my thoughts as they come to me.


All of these thoughts, will become things. ALL of these thoughts will become the new MAN I WILL  TO BE, ALL POSITIVE THINGS, CHARGED BY MY POSITIVE VIBES, EMOTIONS, FEELINGS.

What needs to play out and needs ORDER, is the structured PLAN to regain, what was once mine. That soft skin, baby, that genle mind, that quiet mind....to lend itself to endless possibilities, while staying humble and flexible.


As I move forth into this NEW REALM, this NEW POSSIBILITY, I think to myself, how lucky I am to be where I AM TODAY.
There is nothing present about worrying about yesterday, or even the future. The present is the present, and the NOW is my GATEWAY TO
