Work Out:
10 second breaks in between each exercise
12 exercises
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds each :
Jumping jacks
Wall sits
Push ups - as many as you can
Crunches- use stomach, not back
Step ups on chair -on one leg
Squats
Chair dips
Planks
Running in place-- knees up
Lunges
Push ups and rotations - after each push up, rotate sideways and place one arm in the arm
Side Planks-- make straight line with body
